About Our Products
What makes Sprinkle Case phone cases unique?
Every case is inspired by art, nature, trend print and cozy minimalism. Each piece is made with care so your case feels as special as you are.
What materials are the cases made from?
Our cases use durable TPU + polycarbonate for flexibility and protection. Prints are UV-cured for long-lasting color that won’t fade easily.
Do you offer cases for all iPhone and Samsung models?
Yes — we support most iPhone and Samsung models! You can find available models in each product’s drop-down list.
Are the colors on screen accurate?
We use high-resolution mockups and advanced printing for color accuracy. Slight variances may occur due to screen differences.
Ordering & Customization
Can I customize my case with my name or design?
Some collections allow personalization. Look for “Add Name” or “Customize” options on selected items or email us to request it.
How long is the order processing
Please allow for 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed.
Please note that fulfillment time could vary during sales and holiday seasons. Delivery days are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Please allow for additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.
Order changes & cancellation
We do not accept order changes once an order has been placed.
To request a cancellation of your order, please contact us immediately at contact@sprinklecase.store with your name and order number. We do not accept cancellations once an order is marked as “shipped” or “fulfilled”.
Order confirmation & tracking
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference.
You will receive an additional email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
If you do not receive a confirmation or shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us at contact@sprinklecase.store.
Can I cancel or change my order after checkout?
If production hasn’t started (within 12–24 hours), contactsupport@sprinklecase.store immediately to edit or cancel your order.
Customs, duties, international taxes
SPRINKLE CASE is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
These costs may vary from country to country.
What if I input the incorrect shipping address
The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at checkout. If your order has not been shipped yet, you may request a change in shipping address.
To request an address change, please contact contact@sprinklecase.store with your name and order number. Please note that once your order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any adjustments or redirect it.
If your order displays as an incomplete address in our software, we will contact you as soon as possible. We have a timeframe of 5 business days to provide the correct shipping information. If we have not received an answer within 5 days, your order will be canceled and refunded to your original payment method.
Returned orders due to incorrect address
Please contact contact@sprinklecase.storewith your name and order number if you believe your package has been returned to us. If you would like your order reshipped or sent to a new address, the shipping fee must be paid again. If you no longer wish to receive your order, the order will be canceled and your original payment account will be refunded for the cost of the goods. Taxes and shipping fees cannot be refunded.
What can I do if I lost a package
SPRINKLE CASE is not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit.
Please verify that the submitted address is completely accurate, as even a small error can lead to delivery issues. If the address is correct, it's advisable to contact the local post office, as sometimes packages are held there for collection.
We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package once it leaves our doors. It is the responsibility of the customer to track, locate packages, or contact the mail carrier to submit a claim.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Orders are processed and shipped from US via our reliable fulfillment partners worldwide.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes 🌎 We ship to more than 80 countries. Delivery usually arrives within 7–18 business days depending on location. But we are not sell and ship products to the EU and United Kingdom.
How long does fulfillment take?
Production takes 2–5 business days before dispatch since each case is made-to-order.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes 💌 Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. You can monitor delivery in real time.
Returns & Refunds
Can I get a return
SPRINKLE CASE is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
If you receive a broken or defective item, an item is missing, or you have received the wrong item, please contact contact@sprinklecase.store with your name, order number, and a photo of the item in the condition you received it, if applicable. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases
. Human damage
. Color difference from the photo
. Minor stains/scratches
. Handmade artifacts
. Reasons not affecting functionality, such as differences in quality, material perception, and print clarity.
Avoid using alcohol or other abrasive cleaners or applying wet applications to the product. UV-printed products may be affected by friction or contact with alcohol; clean with water.
* Phone cases are consumable items. If the product develops scratches or paint peeling due to personal misuse, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
Sprinkle Case reserves the right to the final decision in any disputes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Union Pay.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes 💳 Prices are shown in your local currency automatically.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my phone case?
Clean with a soft, damp cotton or microfiber cloth (add a drop of dish soap if needed).
Keep away from liquids containing high alcohol levels, as designs on the phone case may rub off. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent yellowing. Avoid direct contact with hand creams and sun creams. Keep out of excessive heat
Are the cases MagSafe compatible?
No, We only supports wireless charging (not including MagSafe)
